First, you created the web domain mail.omargaiani.com and you shouldn’t. Second, no idea what more things you did following copilot instructions but it also screwed the mail domain, at least the certificate used.
They should, I don’t have more info, you could check the logs in /var/log/hestia/LE-userhestia-omargaiani.com.log*

Backup everything before the upgrade, if you can create a snapshot of your machine, do it and just keep in mind the instructions.
