Help with reverse proxy

Hello friends

Excuse my English.

Man, I really liked hestiacp. I’ve been testing it for a few days now and I’m fascinated.

A few days ago I was testing email migration. I managed to migrate everything and it worked perfectly for sending and receiving.

Now I’m stuck with some services that use reverse proxy. I’ve tried everything I found here in the community and on Google, but nothing seems to work. When I configure everything, I can’t restart nginx.

Any moderator who could help me? I’m willing to pay for the service, because that’s all I need to migrate to hestiacp.

Please configure the corresponding Apache and nginx configurations for the domain name you need to change in/home/domain username/conf/web/.
Tip: Modifying Apache and nginx configurations elsewhere will not take effect!
Please create a backup for it before making any modifications!

Please try use nginx -t command, and you will find what is the problem.

Thanks for the answers, after a lot of research, taking a few examples here and there… it was possible to configure the proxy.

Thanks

I am having big issues getting it to reverse proxy to another local service to the point I am banging my head against the wall.
I am not getting any webhook challenges through the reverse proxy for my webhook server, its driving me crazy…

I created the template files etc…

Just update the port within nginx.conf in the /home/user/conf/domain/web path.
Ensure to add the port to the firewall section in the panel under settings. TCP/UDP or just TCP also is fine to accept.

You need to read the warning on top
