It looks like it an bug on Ubuntu Noble only …

I got it working on Debian 12 without issues but Noble not even on my own server…

Need to check what got changed …

Have created an Issue report for it need to debug it a bit more but I am able to replicate on 2 other servers…

If you make changes(quietly) to the Debian installer in terms of the PHP server for Russia, then I will be happy to use only Debian, I don’t really like ubuntu. And edit the config yourself, long and tedious, I test a lot of any software).

But it looks like it is missing apache2 …

It should be fine to just remove that …

PS: I tested 1.9 beta earlier with Ubuntu 24.04, the language issue was not present then.
