HestiaCP file manager can't create a ZIP for the public_html location

Hey there,

I am experiencing an issue with the HestiaCP file manager related to creating ZIP files. Specifically, the issue occurs for certain subdomains and WordPress installations, while it works fine for others. Below are the details of the problem:

When I try to create a ZIP file for the below folders structure of my subdomain using the file manager, the operation fails (unknown error message appears).
public_html > Wordpress files

Yes, I do. This is the exact plugin I have installed on both websites that I can’t download.

You will have to delete the plugin if you want to download, it uses certain database parameters. Use filezila, everything will be easier)

Unfortunately, I’m not able to set up my FTP server. Do you perhaps have a minute to help me out? I’m behind Oracle Firewall and it’s not allowing me for some reason.

You should understand what ports your firewall allows, and change ssh access on your server to the allowed port. And then select it in Filezille. Or if this doesn’t work, delete the plugin, download what you want to download, and install it again.
