hestiaCP marks as spam all external mails

Good morning, I’m still having problems with email reception

I have changed PTR records and some other things, but now it seems that my hestiaCP marks as spam all external mails.

How can I adjust this issue?

We are using cloudflare, but what happens is that I don’t receive emails, not even that I can’t send them.

If you are using Cloudflare’s resolver on your HestiaCP instance, you need to disable the SBL in your exim4 configuration or you will wind up refusing all incoming email. If you want to use the Cloudflare resolver and the SBL, you will need to sign up for a Spamhaus datafeed.
