When I tried to add the domain ‘mysite’ to the hosting, I get an error message stating: Error: Web domain mydomain.com exists but I can not find it registered on Hyperhost.
Because of this, I cannot set up the domain on the hosting and cannot set up the website as it should be.
I believe the domain is associated to a Hosting account on Hyperhost somewhere which is triggering this error message, but don’t know where, or how.
Can anyone shed a light?
