How do I stop the self-start of a service in Control Panel?

Stop “vsftpd”, after rebooting the system, it will still start automatically.
only stop at the command line?

wish，operate on the web panel :point_left:

Login via SSH and run that command.

If you wish a full web panel that can do everything via Web UI go with Cpanel…
