How Hestiacp isolation between each website for security?

Some panels use Docker Container to isolate each website for better security. How about Hestiacp?

I know we can create a user for each website so files will be on the different user:group but some PHP shells still bypass this

used functions in php shells are disabled by default. I dont see any big chance to get from one to another user. Also we do not plan to integrate docker in any way.
