How set limits Bandwidth and ftp, mail acc

1 hestia max ftp accounts
2 Monthly Bandwidth
3 mail accounts

is posible?

Yeah, max ftp Accounts not, but both other options.

bandwidth is no quota i think. but not have time interval(month. year)
is DL/UPLOAD speed i think

There is no hard limit on bandwidth. Interval is by default month. How ever currently not actively monitored…

It is only outgoing traffic. Incoming is currently not counted and only limited to http(s)
