You mean that you can access over the ip address and see the website? Would not be possible, you need to use the domain name, also ssl would not work.

Use port 2083 instead of 8083. Cloudflare blocks 8083

It didn’t work out for me, although there were thoughts on v-change-web-domain-docroot.
