How to configure Exim to only send emails to recipients with an RCPT 250 OK status and reject sending emails to invalid recipients (recipients with a different status)?

Is this possible? My SES account is suspended due to a high bounce rate. The reason is that my email recipient list is corrupted, with email addresses and recipient names merged together T_T

Well, there is email check services. But basic stuff like mx record lookup, domain existance etc. you can do your-self.
