How to disable automatic Firewall IP Ban

Hello, i can’t find an option to disable the Firewall IP Ban from doing it automatically.

My website users are being banned and i wanted to only add manually

I found this option but i don’t know if it is the best one - v-delete-firewall-ban

Location is /etc/fail2ban/jail.local and remove #

And enter the ips of your users.

Also check in /var/log/exim/maillog why the ips are getting banned
