How to edit permissions in File Manager

Cant find the button “permission edit” in File Manager.

What am I doing wrong? How to edit permission of the folders and files via File Manager?

For me it looks like Inappropriate joke. Control Panel with File Manager without permission edition ability.

We just integrate filegator, please ask them to implement it - we cant do much.
