How to find deleted file to permanent delete?

I hope get help because I’m new on hestia.
My worker when install hestia not give me support so kindly would to help

I delete so many files but I think not permanent delete because seems make my space full.
I want to permanent delete to make my space empty
Kindly would to help with command on ssh or maybe another way to emptying my trash folder.
