How to hide FDQN in mail header?

Hello,
When we send an email, the server also sends the server FQDN in the mail header (Received: from FQDN.localdomain (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)). How can I hide FDQN and if possible the IP of the server? Thanks.

You can’t otherwise mail will get send to spam directly or get rejected …
