How to import one server admin backup to another server?

hi,
how can i import one server admin backup .tar file to another?
i upload file to /backup via ftp and set permission 0640 and set file owner to admin but not appear file to backup list in hestia control panel.
so, how can i import?

You can only import backup via command line…

i already try with bellow both but get Error: invalid backup format
v-restore-user admin /home/backup/admin.2021-10-07_17-55-15.tar
