How to completely transfer site 2, from User A to User B?

As the topic remains open, let me explain how to resolve it:
v-change-domain-owner www.example.com bob

You simply need to specify the domain and the user to whom you want to transfer it. If you’ve tried this and it didn’t work, please share the list of commands you executed so we can review them. It’s also possible that there’s a conflict with WordPress, as the wp-config.php file may need to be configured.
