I am having issues with letsencrypt can you help?

I have searched and not found a resolution to the issue, all the other sites work great with the same DNS settings and SSL certificate gets renewed for the existing sites.

I created a new user for the new domain.

Created the domain with email and DNS checked.
The domain resolves in multiple browsers but I can not for the life of me get a lets encrypt certificate issued for it.

All the existing domains work but I am banging my head on the wall with this one.

Sorted it out, I removed the other name servers that I have not setup yet

Used https://dnsviz.net/ to find the errors and acted to correct the situation
