I am trying to add a subdomain for my landing page but my tracker is installed in another subdomain but i want to use the same files from the tracker subdomain to my new sub domain

My tracker wants me to do the following.

  1. Important: In the “Document Root” field, enter the same document root path as your main Kuma installation
  2. :light_bulb: Why share the document root? This ensures both domains serve the same Kuma application files, allowing your tracking domain to work with the same installation without duplicating files or configuration.

I created a sub domain and then used custom Document root and then directed to the tracker sub domain.

Now my problem is everytime i open the landing page url - it does not load and the new main sub domain keeps redirecting to the original tracker sub domain

Is getting redirected normal?

i asked AI, it says i need to use Aliases for document root… is this correct?
