I can not download backups

When I try to download a backup, I get the message:
“Download of remote backup file has been scheduled.”
But I have no remote backups. I have a local backup in the /backup folder.
How to download it from the panel?

I have checked that the file /usr/local/hestia/php/etc/php-fpm.conf has :/backup previously
