I can't access by 8083

Hi guys

In the process of migrating from one server to another (high volume) are web in WordPress and using a plugin that is called All in one wp migration suddenly the target server stopped responding.

I can’t access by 8083 but it doesn’t give me any kind of error.

I want to think that fail2ban has me blocked but using VPN I can’t get into the target server either, although it does respond via SSH but my knowledge remains nothing as I am not proficient.

Can anyone give me some inspiration or guidance on how to at least access Hestia and start over?

Strange. I don’t think fail2ban is causing the break. Try from another phone, another connection, another public ip. See if you have access.

Thank you very much for your recommendation, I have already tried using another machine and with a different ip but it does not let me access the panel.

In fact by modifying the hosts file I can’t access to the web either.

Check if hestia service is running

systemctl status hestia
and if not try to restart it
systemctl restart hestia
