I can't log into the control panel

When I try to log in, the screen returns to its original state without displaying any errors. The username and password are correct.

Caps Lock activated? With only that information is hard to help you. Is that the admin user? if not, have you tried to log in using the admin user and reset password? if yes, have you terminal access to your server as root to reset admin or user password via

v-change-user-password <user> 'YourNewPassword'

command?
