It shows a error “Connecting to raw.githubusercontent.com (raw.githubusercontent.com)|2405:200:1607:2820:41::36|:443… failed: Network is unreachable”

We cant do much, looks like you’ve local connection issues. You may deactivate ipv6 on your system and try again.

with ipv4 it shows a error 'Connecting to raw.githubusercontent.com (raw.githubusercontent.com)|49.44.79.236|:443… failed: Connection refused.

then either your ip is blocked by cloudflare or you got a network issue, still not much left we can do.
