I have Debian 9 Stretch, I can't use "apt update && apt upgrade"

My Hestia panel has been on version for some time now at v1.5.15, and it won’t update. When I tried to update using apt, it gave me errors that I have been solving, but from here on I can’t find what to do:

When I enter the url Index of /apache2/ I realize that the stretch distribution is not there, and I don’t know if it could be because of that.

Can I change that url for one that does have the necessary distribution?

Thanks for the help!

Stretch is EOL sugested method is to disable them for now update your server and move to Buster or even Bullseye

Also for Hestia it is EOL …
