Hi, I want to download my server code, I have started a backup but it’s still running a job for 3days.

What do you mean by server code? you mean website files, database?

I mean my website code (php files).

Maybe via FTP you can choose exactly what you want.

Or just compress certain folders via CLI

run v-backup-user username manualy to check where it gets stuck.
