I have a concern: I’d like to know if, with HestiaCP, I could create a web hosting company where I could automate account creation, client billing, and connect with a domain owner to become a registrar…

Yes you can, but HestiaCP isnt a replacement for knowledge of a sysadmin. If you know how you need to handle linux systems including the related parts, reading logs, adjusting configurations, then you’re on a good track. Otherwise I would strongly vote against to start such a thing.
