Nginx already has activated gzip so you can ignore ¹brotli and zlib output compression.
¹To support brotli in Nginx you should recompile Nginx by your own and the same to support it directly in PHP.
Regarding SSH2 (replace X.Y with your php version):
apt install phpX.Y-ssh2
But, are you sure you need the SSH2 extension?
