Is there any way to install clamav and the hestiacp plugin for it after the panel has been installed?
Can I just run the same exact command i used to install hestia the first time but with --clamav yes or will that mess with user accounts/data
no, strongly not suggest to do it that way - the install script is only there to trigger it once.
Currently the only way is to follow the related clamav parts parts manualy - but only if you know what you’re doing. Otherwise you’ll be faster with backup users, reinstall the server and restore it.
