Invalid or missing 2FA token - no ssh access - I have reset code

Hello. I used 2FA last time. It’s been disabled for the last few months.

I enabled 2FA today, and it didn’t prompt me to recreate it.

Now, when I log in Hestia, the Google Authenticator doesn’t provide me the correct code. I get the error “Invalid or missing 2FA token.” Time sync is ok the same.

I have an Account Recovery Code, but when I click the Forgot token, I get “1” to “Unlock Account.”
But nothing else happens.

I have no access to ssh because it dropped with Hestia in my configuration

How do I restore access to Hestia?

I solved the problem with access via VNC to my VPS server using script

/usr/local/hestia/bin/v-delete-user-2fa username

But now I cannt activate 2FA as ussual, no options to create new 2FA

please help

Click save after this. It will display the 2FA QR code.

After SAVE button I think it will activate old 2FA with no working 6-digit code as last time

it should show you a qr code after save, the old one is invalid after removing. Also ensure that server and device time is in sync.

Also add more informations, “not working” isnt enough to be able to help.
