The error sounds like you are using an expired gpg key with that repo. Have you examined the key that you are using and looked for an updated key to replace it with?
This is an fresh install of ubuntu 24.02 and really have no clou haw to do it, is there any command I can execute ?
You can use the default installer 1.9.3 has been released
