IP Blocked every time when entering same credentials but different mail servers on MacOS (mail client)

Can’t login with outlook, ssl already installed

we’ve tried all options:

IMAP SETTINGS
Authentication: Normal Password
SSL/TLS: Port 993
STARTTLS: Port 143
No encryption: Port 143
POP3 SETTINGS
Authentication: Normal Password
SSL/TLS: Port 995
STARTTLS: Port 110
No encryption: Port 110
SMTP SETTINGS
Authentication: Normal Password
SSL/TLS: Port 465
STARTTLS: Port 587
No encryption: Port 25

no one workes

in browser (Roundcube) everything works fine

what can I do?

we migrate mails from other host to new vps

is that possible that is providers issues?

if change mailservers from mail.domain.llc to webmail.domain.llc it works

Proxy services as Cloudflare?

Check if DNS has been updated properly

no we check mails on another pc, there is another internet provider and outlook works fine

Wait for few hours till the DNS server has propllery updated …

only macOS’s IP address blocked (on hestia’s firewall) when we try to add new mails on mail client, on pc every mail works

what can it be, ssl or macOS’s cache files or anything else? we’ve entered same credentials but different mail servers
