Is it safe to delete domain.com/cgi-bin, private , stats?

is it safe to delete bellow directories?

/home/admin/web/domain.com/cgi-bin/
/home/admin/web/domain.com/private/
/home/admin/web/domain.com/stats/

But yes you can delete it
