Hi, just recently i have been getting spam email being sent to the Spam folder, even though i have all my email clients set to put it in Junk folder?
Never had this issue before?
That’s the way I do it at the moment, in the next update I believe they are including Pigeonhole Sieve that includes spam\virus extensions, more here on this

Instead of messing with it to try and include it, it’s best to wait for the next release as when I tried to integrate it (years ago) it messes up my mail system and had to do a clean install (several time of trying).
I started to get spam mails after my server was hacked (years ago) but they tend to scrape sites for email addresses these days and do it that way
