I can see several entries for LE CAA, which is the first time I am seeing. Very odd. Not sure what to make of it, and I am unable to renew my cert as well.
That’s weird. You should remove all the duplicated records.

Yup did that. There were 43 entries created within last 3 hours. Very odd indeed. Logs only had 400 error of not able to find due to IPV6 misconfig.
