Let's Encrypt SSL for panel

I would like to know how I can generate an automated SSL certificate via Let’s Encrypt for the panel.

For example, when I change customer domain settings I can request a SSL certificate for that domain, but when I go to Admin > Cog (Server Settings) > Configure > SSL I am not able to request the certificate for the domain.

Can someone help me achieve this?
