Limit Sent Emails

Hi,
thank you for the great project.

how can i limit email (per hour) per email per account?

Some of us would like to have that feature but the development team won’t prioritize it.

If we want that feature we will have to pay a programmer.

If you want to pay a programmer I will also pay as much as you are willing to.

Anyone else wants to pay to have this feature added to Hestia?

I agree to pay, not only donation but an annual payment as is the case in CWP.
it will be useful for long term project.
