Mail Forwarding Error from Personal Email Accounts

Mail is functioning no problem, can send and receive mail.

I have put settings such that all received email will be forwarded to my personal gmail account. When I receive mail from companies such as Zoom, the emails can successfully be forwarded to my personal email.

However, if I were to receive mails from personal email accounts such as other people’s gmail accounts, those emails does not forward to my personal gmail account and I can only find those emails if I login to the email portal at mail.domain.tld.

I think it’s a bit of a strange problem that you’re running into, because mail servers don’t know how to distinguish between what emails you receive, which ones are companies (e.g. Zoom) and which ones are individuals
