From Hestia Web UI it isn’t possible but from command line all is possible 
Exim logs:
/var/log/exim4/
Dovecot log:
/var/log/dovecot.log
All that info is in the logs but it could be tricky to get it in a pleasant and human readable format.
Regarding exim, you could use eximstats to show exim statistics and exigrep to search exim logs but don’t expect something like the info you are looking for.
