Mail.xxx.com ssl Error: Let's Encrypt validation status 400

I reinstalled the server and I’m getting this problem. When I log in with mail.xxx.com, this page comes up.

i use ubuntu 18

My mail server is not working, so when I enter mail.xx.com, it redirects to the server ip.

Please give more informations, otherwise its impossible to help you - we cant access your server…

The default behavior is that you visit webmail.domain.com to view roundcube.

If you visit mail.domain.com it won’t work as you expect.

mail.domain.tld should work and redirect to webmail.domain.tld.
