Migrate domain between users

Hi,
I have only one user in my HestiaCP including all the domains.
I need to give access to an external user just for one of the domains.
Is it possible to migrate the entire domain (Domain, Emails and databases) from one user account to another, or delegate access to that domain do a specific user?
