I have only been using Hestia for a short time and I am not even an expert.
On other control panels, it is possible to move a site from one user to another.
I have not been able to find this function on Hestia.

You should take a look at the v-change-domain-owner command, and if the site has a database, also at the v-change-database-owner command.

v-change-database-owner
Before running those commands, make sure to create a backup.
