MS Outlook synchronization is slow

Hello,

We are using MS Outlook to check our emails. But when we open MS Outlook, it starts to synchronize emails, but it is slow, even if when it is finished, I press F9 to synchronize emails, it is also slow.

We have other mail accounts also in Exchange Server, even if we use IMAP, it is fast.

How can we make synchronization fast?

I use outlook on my pc and it is fast, can not replicate on my end
