mySQL Strict Mode Issue

Please help!

previously i’ve added:: sql_mode = NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER, NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION
on my – /etc/mysql/my.cnf

now when i’ve added:: sql_mode = NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER, NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION database not restarted

after install HestiaCP i’ve able to set; max_connections / wait_timeout etc, but after update hestiaCP its showing blank—

now in Advance setting nothing able to modify

so how to add my sql_mode = NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER, NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION
