New admin user not showing users?

Normally when I create a user who has “Administrator” privalidges, I can see all the users on the Users list - but this time I don’t see anything?

I can see lee_admin is set as an admin:

Any suggestions on what to try? I’ve not seen this before

Did you login with “lee_admin” or as admin → Login as?

Ahh that was it! Duh!!! I can’t say I’ve ever noticed that before - but maybe I’ve never tried to login as a newly created admin user via the “Login As” method before
