I have been hosting a website for 2 months without any issues. Today I tried to add a new domain and I can’t get it working. Tried looking for the vhosts.conf as I thought that the problem was there but I could find it. Also no error logs. What could be the problem?

Maybe you are not using the right ip on your CDN (I suppose it is Cloudflare). Try disabling the proxy on Cloudflare to check it.
The ip was correct and the problem disappeared after disabling proxying for a few minutes
