New IP on old panel

Ok I lost my old IP for failure to renew hosting from Namecheap. I emailed the support and they were able to backup Hestiacp on a new IP I bought from them. Now I am inside HestiaCP with all my users and installed website on it. The problem is my websites still have old IP which is not available. How can I change the IP to new ones without deleting the websites and loosing my websites.

Hi,

Try /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-update-sys-ip

Where is the DNS for the sites in question? Has it been updated to the new IP?

It says:
root@server1:~# /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-update-sys-ip
Error: nginx restart failed
sed: can’t read /usr/local/hestia/data/users/admin/dns/.conf: No such file or directory
sed: can’t read /usr/local/hestia/data/users/server1/dns/
.conf: No such file or directory

I’m sorry I am just a basic user of these commands. Thanks for your help

Yes I did that in Namecheap. I also noticed Apache2 Mariadb and Nginx are not working and failed when I tried to restart them. Thanks for helping.

I just checked and it has updated itself. Maybe I just needed to wait a few hours. Thanks.
