After the latest updates I am unable to create new users due to an error generated by PAM restrictions.

Error: Password not accepted due to PAM restrictions!

Changing password seem to fail? Did you modify the minium password requirements in /etc/

Adding parameters in /etc/pam.d/common-password does not solve the problem, it is not possible to create a new user.

No it will make even worse…

What happens if change it to:
