Nginx error "Primary script unknown"

I have a clean installation of HestiaCP on Ubuntu 22.04, using Nginx web server without Apache.

In the logs of more than 5 sites I see the same error, which was not observed on Ubuntu 20.04:

[error] 144649#144649: *10560 FastCGI sent in stderr: "Primary script unknown" while reading response header from upstream

This error always comes back on a request whose file doesn’t exist on the server.

I found several discussions here on the forum, but no working solution. I’m sure the problem is insufficient configuration.

Should be save to ignore it is usually caused by bots

I understand the error, but it have to be the way to solve or mute such errors. There are many of them in error.log (((
