Not a full update

Hello

Why is the problem of displaying the language in the file manager not fixed in the new update? Also a lot of stupid problems. People make requests, but no one even includes their merging in the update. Now the same problems will start after updating the panel and it is necessary to manually correct everything again. Why is that so?

Please reference to the related PRs, basicly the last two updates where related to security related issues. 1.10 will include mostly all PRs pushed to hestia and should follow in a few weeks.
