Not able to open Hestia CP

Hello Everyone,

When I’m opening the xx.xxx.xx.xxx:8083 nothing happens. It was working till last week.
But when I xx.xx.xx.xx/phpmyadmin, page opens up. Also I’m able to ssh into the server as well.
